Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Vegan Pudding:
1 medium ripe avocado
4 very ripe bananas
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar


  1. Place everything in a blender until smooth.
  2. Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes, or one hour for more flavor development.
  3. Top with cocoa powder if you want

Tip: You can add more sugar for your desired sweetness.

If you don't want this to be vegan, stir in a little whipped cream for extra decadence.
