German Chocolate Wafer Cookies:
1 14 ounce package chocolate cream filled sandwich wafer cookies
1 16 ounce can of chocolate frosting
1 15 ounce can of coconut and pecan frosting
- Place cookies on a wire rack over wax paper
- Melt the chocolate frosting
- Dip each cookie halfway in the chocolate
- Top each cookie with a tsp of the coconut pecan frosting.
- Drizzle the top with any leftover frosting
