Chocolate Pudding


Chocolate Pudding:
2 cups chocolate chips
1 ½ cups water
Whipped cream (you can make from scratch with heavy cream and a mixer)
Caramel sauce
Chocolate chips for topping

  1. Put the chocolate chips and water in a saucepan over medium heat until the chocolate is melted.
  2. Mix with 2-3 cups whipped cream, depending on the consistency of the whipped cream
  3. Top with caramel sauce and chocolate chips.

If you want to make your own whipped cream:

  1. Put 2 cups heavy cream into a bowl
  2. Whip with a mixer for 3 minutes
  3. Add 2 tablespoons sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla
  4. Whip until desired consistency (5-10 minutes)


Chill your bowl in a freezer for 15 minutes before making whipped cream. This helps because cream whips better when it is cold.
